Seacoast Military Retired Golf League

In 1971, a group of men, who enjoyed golf, gathered to create a fraternity to continue their commonality. That commonality was to have served 20 or more years in one of the branches of the services of the United States. Today that organization still exists, enjoying a round of golf every Tuesday from 2:30 to 4:45 P.M.

The membership has changed over the years. Today’s league has been expanded to include those that served in any branch regardless of the length of service but must include an honorable discharge. It also has included men and women who have federal service such as the Post Office or Navy Yard.

Enjoy meeting new people, a 9 hole round of golf and perhaps an adult beverage at Grill 28, along with a few war stories, tournaments, a little back and forth about handicaps and a few laughs.
